1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, placing an order, or requesting a factory direct quotation from SR POLYMERS, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please consult our sales team before confirming your purchase.
2. Product Specifications & Manufacturing Tolerances
All water storage tanks manufactured by SR POLYMERS are rotationally molded using 100% virgin food-grade polymer. Nominal capacities (500L, 750L, 1000L, 1500L, 2000L, 3000L, and 5000L), outer dimensions, and wall thicknesses are subject to standard industry manufacturing tolerances of ±3% to ±5% due to thermal cooling and polymer shrinkage during the rotomolding cycle.
3. Quotations & Pricing
Factory price quotations provided via phone, WhatsApp, or email are valid for a period of 15 calendar days from issuance, unless otherwise stated in writing. Raw material polymer costs may occasionally fluctuate, necessitating price adjustments on unconfirmed quotes.
4. Payment Terms
Retail and direct customer orders must be paid in full prior to factory vehicle dispatch or at the time of delivery as agreed in writing. For wholesale distributors, hardware stores, and institutional government projects, payment terms are governed by the specific commercial purchase contract.
5. Delivery & On-Site Unloading
Factory consignments are delivered to the motorable address nearest to the customer’s specified site in Bihar. Due to height and weight considerations, customers must arrange labor for offloading tanks from the truck and for rooftop hoisting. Drivers and factory transport crew are responsible for vehicular transport only.
6. Warranty Coverage
SR POLYMERS multi-layer water tanks carry a comprehensive manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects, structural cracking, and seam leakage under normal atmospheric water storage conditions. Warranty does not cover damages arising from improper plumbing connections, storage of unauthorized chemicals, accidental drop damage during installation, or failure to place the tank on a flat, solid, debris-free base.
7. Jurisdiction
Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the purchase of SR POLYMERS products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Darbhanga District, Bihar.
